6. Returns & Refunds

Products with stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund requests.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
