At The Saara Ethnics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns only if the return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Original brand tags and packaging must be intact.
• Product should not have any stains, marks, perfume smell, makeup stains, damage, or alterations.
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund requests.
• The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product being inspected.
• Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
• Product has been used, washed, or altered.
• Brand tags are missing or damaged.
• Product contains stains, spots, perfume smell, makeup marks, or any signs of use.
• Unboxing video is not available.
• Product is damaged due to customer mishandling.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Once approved:

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping/Delivery charges paid during the order are non-refundable.
• Applicable delivery and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful quality verification.
• Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share your Order ID, clear product photos, and the complete unboxing video.
• After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable. Similar requirements (unused condition, tags intact, and unboxing proof) are commonly used by apparel brands for return verification.
