Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible items such as earrings and kurta sets under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, except in case of damage or wrong product received.
• Kurta sets are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the above conditions.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

• Products damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
